This 2 unit villa offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in each. These units have new modern kitchens, fully equipped with new appliances. Also for our guests' convenience, there is a new stack unit washer and dryer!

Step out back into a tropical garden with fruit trees and colorful lush foliage which surround a screened in patio and in-ground pool. Plenty of room and chairs for sunbathing, lounging, dining al fresco, barbequing on a gas grill or just relaxing in the evening. This getaway retreat is located just steps to the beach with convenient ocean access; which is approximately a three minute walk.

Entertainment is close with all shops and restaurants nearby. Take a ride on the water taxi which is minutes away and check out all the sites through the intercoastal and new river; which has many famous houses and luxurious houses and yachts along the way. Visa and Mastercard accepted. (Each private apartment sleeps four to six.)
